Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas is one of the largest electronic dance music festivals in the world, held annually at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Produced by Insomniac Events since 1997, EDC has grown from a Los Angeles warehouse party into a three-night spectacle under the desert stars drawing 170,000 fans per night. The festival is renowned for its massive stage productions — kinetic sculptures, pyrotechnics, fireworks, and LED installations that transform the speedway into a neon wonderland. EDC covers every corner of electronic music: house, techno, trance, dubstep, drum and bass, and hardstyle across eight themed stages. The culture of PLUR (Peace, Love, Unity, Respect) runs deep, and EDC is as much about the community as the music.
